Dear Mike,

I don’t know why I’m even here. I’m not worth it. I can’t do this. Why even bother. I don’t want to be here anymore.

I read the police report. I don’t deserve to be here, anywhere for that matter. I’m just not worth it.

I’m a wife. I’m a mom. I found my way to a bottle vodka, I binge drink. My husband found it almost every time. I broke his heart, and I broke my own heart, and I broke a little boys. I’m sober. I recovered to be a better person. I am finding me every single day the girl I was and the girl I want to continue to be.
